Choosing granite finishes is an important part in the architectural designs. There are eight different granite finish options. In the order of finish roughness, they are polished, honed, sawn, flamed, sandblasted, hammered, chiseled and natural split. Different granite applications usually require certain finishes. In general, polished granite and honed granite are most popularly used. They can be used in almost all wall covering and any flooring applications that do not require slippery proof.
